This was an amazing season with an amazing and international crew! The goal for this summer was to open large excavation blocks over selected magnetometric anomalies that were likely to be houses. Blocks were placed both on-tell and off-tell to see how houses differ across the site. In addition to excavations, we continued to process and study the recovered materials, expand survey work, and select samples for additional analyses.
